2:00pm Arrive
Please make your way to the venue arriving around 2pm.
Parking is limited and a bus will be making multiple trips.
Allow time to catch another vehicle (provided by McGrath Estate) down to the ceremony site.
3:00pm The Ceremony
We are getting married!
Please grab a drink, find a seat, turn off your cell phones and get to know each other until the ceremony begins.
3:30pm Group photos
We have a chosen list of photos please don't go too far so you can hear your name being called out.
This is primarily family so if you are not chosen, don't stress, we will definitely get some photos later in the evening!
4:30pm Wedding Party Photos
We will pop away to get some special photos taken.
While the wedding party are away having photos taken, please help yourself to a drink, grab a snack from the grazing table and socialise, play lawn games or snap a photo on the photo booth.
5:30pm Head Inside - Speeches
Please get a top up drink from the bar and find your seats.
If you are desperate to do a speech please let us know before hand.
6:30pm - 7:30pm Dinner
Please head out table by table to the food trucks. Choose a meal from Catch'ya Cookout and grab some slices of pizza.
Any remaining pizza will be available all night long.
We will cut the cake after dinner and there will be a dessert table for you to help yourself.
8:00pm First Dance
Please laugh with us as we attempt to not trip over each other on our first dance.
8:15pm Party time!
Please join us on the dancefloor for a night of dancing and drinks.

12pm Post-Wedding BBQ
Join us the following day for a BBQ and drinks at at 28 Vintage Drive, Henderson.
